update on baby chase

So I was able to get some better details on baby Chase. She apparently was having some tests done to check her heart to see if she could go home on sat and went into heart failure. They worked for 55 minutes trying to revive her and at one point they brought in my friend and her dh to say their goodbye's because they didn't think she was going to make it. She pulled though and they called that a miracle in itself. Then because the lungs were so damaged from trying to recessitate her they were like sponges and soaked up a bunch of fluid so they went in yesterday to repair her lungs. Finally she this evening is stable, she is still at swedish unable to be moved to childrens and is hooked up to about 40 tubes but she is stable and her mommy was able to go home and take a shower and get some clothes for the first time since she was born. Please keep her in your thoughts and I will be sure to update on her!
