I highly suggest going to a chiropractor. Especially one that specializes in pregnancy. When you get pregnant your tendons and ligaments loosen up, whicch makes things "slip out" much easier. I've been going weekly since before the BFP and have noticed I've gotten worse since getting it. It seriously saves me life though, going to the chiro!

ohhh ya...I had horrible RLP and what I thought was pubis symphysis dysfunction from about 7-10 weeks
The doc suggested laying on the side that didn't hurt, taking tylenol, trying never to stand on one leg while getting dressed, etc
Mine was so bad it brought me to tears and made me depressed for about 2 weeks. Then one morning I woke up and it was gone. Thank God! Now I take Prenatal Yoga hoping to keep it away!
