How many more follies after day 6 of stims?

I had my follie check today after 6 days of stims and I only have 4 measurable follies. ?I'm not sure how big they are and the nurse said that I have smaller ones that she hopes will catch up, but for now I am super disappointed. ?I know it's because my FSH is high, but since we're doing PGD and will likely lose 25% of my embies to CF, I hate that we aren't going to have very many. ?My dr was really happy with my E2 at 692 though. ?I won't go back until Thursday and will probably trigger on Friday, so hopefully we'll have alot of progress in the next few days.?

This is my first IVF cycle...has anybody had a lot of follies show up after day 6???

    Just remember its quality not necessarily quantity.  Are you on lupron or antagonist protocol?  Antagonist specially makes fewer mature eggs but they shoot for great quality on each mature one.

    I'm on the microdose lupron flare protocol. ?I keep repeating to myself that it's quality over quantity and not to worry so much, but how do you know if they're even good quality? ?
