  Seriously though, I do love Meghan. I also like Claire, Maura (sorry another M). Hum, I will have to think of more, I keep thinking of M names.

  Well, Marisa, of course!

  Amy, I'd prefer to avoid another M name, although I guess it's not the end of the world. We lean towards more traditional names.

  According to the Baby Name Wizard book, the "sister" names of Meredith are Tabitha, Alison, Bethany, Cara, and Mallory. :-)

  I love Clara, Claire, Cara.  What if you swapped initials since Meredith has the initials M and C....what if you did C and M so that you still continue with the M's but it's not front and center?

  I actually think a LOT of names go with Meredith since it is just a good classic name.

  I grew up with a Meredith who had a sister named Melinda.  But, I understand not necessarily wanting to go with another M name.  I like the idea of a multi-syllable name to "go with" Meredith.
