Lily Grace is home--finally joining you!

I have been waiting until she was released from the NICU before I posted on this board, but Lily is finally home. She spent 13 days in the NICU after being born at 34 weeks, 4 days. She was set to come home last Saturday after her Jaundice levels normalized, but she had a small Brady/Apnea at 4 so we had to wait the full 7 days without one before she could go. So she is finally home, and we made it through our first night with her without monitors and the hospital!! :-)

Congratulations! I bet she is really tiny, what were her stats when she was born?

She was born at 34 weeks, 4 days, and was 4 lbs, 6 oz and 19.5 inches long! She dropped down to 4 lbs, 2 oz, but weigh in yesterday was 5 lbs!! She loves to eat!! :-)

Wow, she is tiny but gaining wait very well! I bed she fits into those super tiny premie clothes I see at Carter's.....so sweet, I miss when DD was a newborn.

She fit into the shirts last week, but never the pants or the little onsies with feet...she is too long!! Most are only made up to 17 inches, and she was 19.5! She fits nicely into newborn side-snap shirts now...her torso is long so the preemie shirts (while they do fit in the sleeves) are too short! :-)
