    It's not terrible and its not consistent.  Every once in a while I will get a nice sharp "strike of lightening" through my crotch.

    when i was still bleeding from my CP i had that every once in a while. I would move wrong and it would feel like my clitoris was being pulled up to my belly button and my ute was coming out my vagina. (lol, tmi?) It hurt so bad...
