  Normal for the first 4-6 weeks.

  Now it is 10m on each side, sometimes she eats both, other times just one.

  he may fall asleep even if he's not full if your milk flow is slowed down. do breast compressions to keep the milk flowing and him awake.

  i nurse about an hour, but we have latch issues, positioning issues, flow issues, you name it.

  About 10 min. It used to take an hour in the first few weeks. I didn't detach DS until he was truly asleep since he was getting milk even with the slowed down sucking.

  Used to be anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. Now she will nurse anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes.

  7-10 mins total--hes been like this since 2 mos. he has never eaten more than 30 mins total.
