oooh I like them! And I think the yellow would look really good on your tan legs! I'm no help! Are they on sale? That always helps me justify!
I also have some "cork-y" shoes like that, with the canvas-y tops, that are tall (mine are brown peep-toe sling backs, I wore them today, in fact!) and Julie is right about the insode soles wearing down funny.
How much are they? Do you have a lot in your wardrobe that you could wear these with? How comfortable are you long term in shoes of this height? Are you worried at all about that small exposed portion of the woven material rubbing against your feet/ankles?
The comfort factor and the wardrobe factor would be the sticking points for me. I can't do shoes like that for long periods of time and I have absolutely nothing that in my closet that would go with them so I wouldn't be able to justify them.

ooohhhh many practical questions, i love it !!
They are $ 29 ( cheap i think ). I have a good amount of yellow and love yellow ! I could wear them with capris, bermuda shorts, long flowy white skirt ! I definately would not wear these shoes longer then like 5 hours !!
Not too worried about the rubbing factor or the wearing of the sole factor......
Hmmm.... I think those are cuuuute and would get them! especially after how you describe you would wear them and u love yellow!
I thiink those would look good on someone who's short or tall! :-) The only problem for me is the tying of the laces. I feel wierd when I have to tie them up my leg. hha.
I was going to help talk you out of them, but when I read they're only $29 I couldn't do it. They're super cute. If your ankle is fine with other heels, then it should be with these too.
Sorry I'm no help, but I'm a sucker for cute shoes.
They are cute, but I wouldn't buy them because I think the wrap makes your legs look shorter and sometimes heavier - they don't elongate your legs. I'm 5'3 and not a twig so that's why I don't buy them. I have no idea what your body type is or how tall you are but I just wanted to give you my 2 cents especially if you really wanted us to convince you not to buy them.

So, what did you decided?? And where did you find them??
Those are super cute!?
I have something similar but more platform style. The wrap around the calf always falls down. I have to cut off the circulation in my leg to get them to stay "up". ?

Holy moly!!
Those babies are tall!! My feet ache and my veins are popping out just looking at them.
I don't have anything that matches or coordinates with these really tall shoes.
I think if I wear them people might think I have a shorty complex and am tryign to be just a few inches taller..lololol.
I would by cute sandals with a MUCH smaller heel.
If you usually can wear these tall contraptions/stilts...then more power to you!!!

I love wearing high heels! And I'm 6' barefoot!
I have some shoes that are a lot like those, but blue... love them!
You're so much skinnier than me! you probably look like a super model while I look like the jolly green giant.
