what are your feet doing? like are they pretty stationary or is there a lot of action going on? i ask bc i'm not allowed to do anything strenuous on my feet but i'd like to do it if there's not a lot of foot action going on.
Yeah...it's basically a couple mins of strength, couple mins of Jane Fonda-ish cardio, and then some abs...for 3 cycles. If it weren't for the cardio it would prob work for you. I guess you could sub the high impact stuff if you wanted to.
