or other apparatus that your baby loves and that keeps him/her busy. We don't have one yet. The baby came a little early and honestly I wasn't organized or prepared enough.
So far Jocelyn doesn't like her swing or bouncy seat. We have the Fisher Price Rainforest collection of stuff. I like the swing because it plugs in rather than runs on batteries and it also swings in two directions.
The only thing she likes is my boppy, she naps in that.

Ditto...but J wasn't a big fan of the swing. We also have the Rainforest Bouncy and he LIVED in that thing until about 4 months old...it was sent from heaven!?
When we first brought Eli home, he liked being in his bouncy and boppy the best. He especially liked the boppy. We would sit him in it on the couch beside us and he'd be as happy as could be. He was never a big fan of his swing.
Katies never been a fan of her boppy. She just tolerates it. What she LOVES at daycare is this thing that vibrates and moves side to side or front to back. I've heard that's a favorite of babies.

Liam was never a fan of the swing, but he LIVED in his Rainforest Bouncer for the first 4 months or so of his life. It was a lifesaver. Unfortunately, babies are so different about what they like that there's no way to know if they are a swing, bouncer, boppy, etc. baby until you try.

We have the boppy travel swing, AT went through spurts where he would like it and then hate it. Sometimes it used to be the only thing he would nap in.
I JUST now packed up his play mat. I honestly think he loved that thing early on, so much to look at.

Jack never really liked the swing either. We have the vibrating papasan chair and Jack loved that as a baby..at first thats all he'd sleep in. He still fits in it and sits in to drink his morning bottle while I pump. every baby is different.
We have a Graco swing, can't remember the model. Aubrey didn't start liking it until the past few weeks. We also have the FP rain forest bouncer and play mat and she has LOVED them both from the beginning.
