I generally like hard boiled eggs but right now I don?t. I like cheese and I sometimes have a cheese stick or cheese and crackers. I like peanut butter and crackers. I have no desire to chomp up chicken pieces, LOL. I may try some shakes. I know some people like the Ensure ones. Any other recommendations?

I had a really hard time with food aversions in the first 17 weeks too. I bought Chocolate and Vanilla protein powder and made shakes with milk. I still make 1 or 2 a day depending on how my meals are going. I got a big bag of frozen fruit at costco and I blend that with milk and vanilla powder for a more filling fruit shake.
I found the South Beach Diet microwave pepperoni pizzas have 31 grams of protein, which would sometimes work out perfect when nothing else sounded good.

Yogurt
Cottage Cheese
Carrots or Apples with Peanut Butter
It will get easier once you are feeling better!

Cottage cheese and peaches or applesauce
Protien shakes-I prefer muscle milk the vanilla flavor is my favorite and they make it in light with less fat/calories. I get it at Target.
