Target in W.Hartford?

  The one in Farmington/West Hartford is good. Its right by West Farms Mall. If there is another one in West Hartford I don't know where it is. JSYK I heard Targets return policy is horrible. Your allow to return $15 a year so you have to get multiple people to help you if there is a lot and if you don't have a receipt you can't return it doesn't matter if it's on your registry.

  Thank you for answering.  The one near west farms is the one I was referring to.  I haven't been home in a long time, I couldn't remember what town it was, I knew it was on the border.  Thank you!!

  hi there! Sorry it took a long time to get this, but I didn't know there was a ct board until today.

  I worked as an assisstant manager at target, and the return policy IS horrible~ So, there is a babies r us right down the road from that Target. so, you are better off registring there!
