This was a really bad idea...

I wanted to surprise my dh with tickets to the Metallica concert that is coming to town in December, so I decided to buy 2 tickets and surprise him for our anniversary. But the problem is that our anniversary isn't until August 25th!!! I am the worst secret keeper, especially when I'm excited, and now I have the burden of keeping my mouth shut for the next 4months!!! grrr?

    DH got me Elton John/Billy Joel tickets for Valentines Day. The concert is in July, he had to spill it, lol :)

    Oh God, I'm right there with you. Especially when it comes to really good gifts. Can you tuck them somewhere that you won't see them everyday? Out of sight out of mind sort of thing. I can't believe you were able to buy the tickets so early! (But I'm a rare concert goer, so what do I know?)

    haha I could put them in dh's wallet and he wouldn't notice! I'll forget about it soon I'm sure though! The tix went on sale so early because last time they came through it sold out in 45 minutes! I don't know what that has to do with an earlier release, but that's the explination they are giving!?

    I bought my DH concert tickets for his birthday a few years ago and only purchased them about a month prior. I had a tough time keeping my mouth shut then. I can't imagine 4 months!

    I SO wanted to be able to buy tickets for Dec, but money is tight and we saw them the first go around. Have fun!!! Your husband will be thrilled I bet!
