  Oh I need some tips as well. Moo, I've been wearing a super supportive bra even when I sleep.

  My remedy = supportive bra, cami and t shirt. Followed by yelling at DH if he even goes near them.

  I do the supportive bra thing too, but lotion also helps the nips for me.

  I love a rhyme!

  I too have to put the sisters off limits at certain times. Until I had my reduction I was in agony quite a bit of the time.

  I used to take evening primrose oil. It actually worked quite well I thought.
