  They're actually 16" wooden letters, they're pretty bulky.  They'll have to come down when LO is able to reach them.

  They're a really pale blue, but yeah, against that blue they do look white.

  And nobody has mentioned this (yet)...the letters do look really crooked in the picture, but I assure you they are straight if you see them in person.  Must be the angle.
