Vanishing Symptoms

I never had major first tri symptoms with DS either. But I felt pregnant.

So far with this pregnancy, I have only had sore breasts, increased thirst and some fatigue. Since Monday....nada. I hate this black hole waiting for my u/s to be repeated .... on April 20! Ugh!

I had a beta drawn yesterday and have another set for tomorrow. They will not give me the results until the second one comes in. I have to wait until Friday! O.M.G.

Ok...trying to relax now.....

Re: Vanishing Symptoms

  • I actually wake up each morning hoping that I'm going to be nauseous, and wondering what's wrong when it goes away!

    Never a dull moment, huh?

  • Mine come and go too- I think it's totally normal. I didn't really feel any nausea up until this week- it's all of a sudden kicked in, but even still it comes and goes and varies in intensity. Some days I have a ton of energy, others I'm in a fog. That stinks that they won't give you your results as they come in!!!
  • yeah I never had pg symptoms with my daughter...just a little bit of cramping which could have been AF too... I didn't feel pg.  It is hard to have to wait!  You have another beta tomorrow but they won't tell you until Friday?  That is rough... I'm sorry :(

Good luck though!  Only 2 more days!  :)

  • If you are having another BETA tomorrow they are making you wait till Friday.  I would ask if there is anyway that they can let you know tomorrow.  I am sure all is well, but who wants to stress for another day.

  • This pregnancy, a twin one none-the-less, I scarcely feel pregnant some days!!!!  Some days I am puking, dizzy, exhausted, etc.  Some days nothing.  Try not to worry.  I think it is really different 2nd time around.

  • These mind games suck...and try not to read into them too much.

I always felt like i knew that i was pg with DD.....but really, did i?  Was it wishful thinking?  I never had hardcore symptoms like vomiting, fainting, etc.  To be honest, most of the symptoms were hindsight.

I remember hating chicken.  I am sure that when i am in a 2ww this time that i am going to hate chicken...just because i think i should (and hope i should)

I have heard each pg is different, so WE ALL SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO COMPARE....but unfortunately i think part of this whole IF crap is to overanalyze EVERYTHING!  I am totally guilty as charged!

    Hang in there:)

  • Holy cow! That's cruel and unusual punishment if you ask me. I bet you'll be counting the days until Friday. If it helps, when I miscarried I still had symptoms for a couple of weeks so I'm not sure a sudden loss of symptoms would indicate much other than... luck? :)

     Wishing you all the best!!
