belly bandit vs babooshbaby tauts

I'm trying to decide which one to order...they are both pretty expensive, but I'm willing to spend it to get my belly to shrink down faster afterward. 

Just from the websites, it looks like the belly bandit is a bit bulkier than the tauts kind, but that could just be the photos/models.   I would like to get one that would work somewhat underneath clothes, like to go out of the house, etc. 

I'm also not wanting to buy 2 of them, like they suggest...are there any cheap ones that you guys know of to wear while the "nice one" is washing/drying?  Does target or jcpenney or something have anything that would work?

    I wonder how well these things really work...  are they any better than using, say, an Ace bandage? The sizing seems really tricky to me.

    The Medela one is more flexible than the belly bandit one.

    Also, check ebay. You can buy them new on there for around $25.

    I'm getting the big girdle panties to wear instead. You know the ones; they're shiny and have huge stitching on them. I heard the Tauts and the Belly Bandit both ride up when you sit.  I've an older friend who suggest wearing tight girdle panties; that's what she did back in the 'day'.  Plus the girdle panties are much cheaper so I can get a weeks worth and not have to do the wash every other day.

    I asked this over on 0-6 and most replied like I was crazy for wanting one of these. Women all over have been doing this forever...I know even hospitals sometimes give them out for support reasons, and they help with swelling...I would think that it would help to keep stuff "held in" rather than have it sag at first (ligaments, muscles, etc)...

    I asked them a few weeks ago on their opinion of these things (if they are worth it) and 95% of them replied "absolutely!" and which ones they were ordering...

    I dunno Huh?
