DS has clammy skin

Is this anything I should be worried about? He's been sleeping almost all day & feels kind of clammy. He doesn't have a fever or anything & has been a perfectly happy guy when awake. I'm just getting over a cold, so I'm sure he's just fighting it off... but is this anything I should be worried about?

I'm totally paranoid about him getting sick.

    My DS always has clammy hands and feet.  I asked my mom about it and she said that if there is no fever and is eating and acting fine, it should be okay..  I'm totally paranoid about him getting sick too.
