Where is the tether supposed to connect for the convertible carseats? I can find the LATCH Hooks, but can't find the tether connect. Thanks!

You can go to a fire station or a car seat check to get it installed for free. They will teach you how.

In the seat for the two and the third is in the back of the seat, you may have to uncover it in the back of the seat due to all the padding. HTH
