    Michelle,

    I know our Walmart (on Colerain) has a nice toddler section.  I don't know about that particular dress, but I have seen some nice toddler girls clothes there.  Good luck!

    That's funny, my DD asked for the floral dress yesterday while we were at Wal-Mart.  I hated to pass up the good deal, but she's already got at least 20 sundresses for the summer.  The girl's obsessed with dresses at the moment.  I know they went up to 5T at our store.
