how fast?

Ds empties each breast very quickly. Id say total is about 7-10 mins for both sides. crazy! he started this at 2 mos old. Just curious if anyone else experiences this, im not worried just mystified. PLus I get comments all the time like "wow hes fast!" which makes me think people think im cutting him off or something.

oh and my letdown is fast fyi

    7-10 minutes is normal - they get much more efficient with time.  We're down to 3-4 minutes now (if I can get him to sit still that long).

    im right there with you.  except my son only eats from one site per feeding.  its great compared to the 40 minutes he used to take

    I hope dd can get that fast some day, right now it's 30 minutes if I'm lucky, usually 45.
