Appt. Update...1st internal

I had my 36 week appt. today and for the most part it wasn't too bad.  My blood pressure was back at a normal level(DH had his checked again and is now on blood pressure medicine).  The baby is dropping, last week my belly measured 36 cm and this week it's back to 34 cm.  I didn't know that your belly got smaller as the baby dropped.  I had my Group B Strep test(not bad at all) and I'm assuming he will give me the results next week at my appt.  Then he did the internal and this is where everything went downhill.  It HURT bad!  Now keep in mind that I have no pain tolerance and I was expecting it to by like a pap.  It hurt bad and I even yelled OUCH at one point.  I'm 50-75% effaced at this point.  He also told me no more work so it looks like summer break starts today for me! :)

    Those internal exams are definitely not fun! But, you're getting close and yay for no more work!
