What can I try to get baby to move?

I haven't felt the baby yet today and I'm starting to freak out.

Any suggestions on what I can do to get this baby to move a bit?

juice or a coke and lay on your left side. good luck.

sometimes I poke mine where I usually feel kicking, or I eat a bit of chocolate, that normally wakes baby up

Try a cold glass of water, eating or drinking something sugary, and then lying on your left side for a bit... otherwise, call your doc!!! Better safe than sorry!

I will usually try a little coke and sit down. She moves all over the place when I am still.

Ditto the soda or OJ and lay on your left side. If you do not feel 10 movements in an hour CALL YOUR DOCTOR!

Try Coke - the real thing with sugar AND caffeine. That's what they gave me at the doctor's office once when I freaked out and ran in there because I hadn't felt the baby move. If it continues, call your doctor. It's better to go in and have the peace of mind that the baby's okay. Good luck!
