Cysts prior to IVF?

Anyone had a cyst (or two) prior to IVF?  If so, did you have to cancel your cycle or did your RE move forward anyways?

I had my saline sono and mock transfer today and my RE saw some cysts on my right ovary.  They look like they're left over from my IUI earlier this month.  I didn't ask him for measurements and he didn't seem too overly concerned.  I'm on BCPs for 6 more days and go in for my baseline next Tuesday. 

Is there any chance at all that they will be gone in a week?  Or do I need to start preparing myself for the possibility of cancellation?

IVF #1 = BFP on 5/2009
FET #1 = BFP on 5/2011

    Chances are good they will not interfere. They will go by what the b/w says.

    I had a small cyst on my right ovary at my u/s on Friday and they said as long as the b/w came back okay I would be good to go. 
    DX: Severe MFI (very low motility) in 2006. 2 IVF's and 1 FET ended in 3 losses. Adopted our baby girl born 10/2/10. FET March 2012= c/p. Officially done with fertIlity treatments. Plan to start adoption process again 2014/2015.
