Today, on FB (of course) I find out a friend of mine is pregnant. I am happy for her, but I know she got pregnant right away. ugggh, I wish I was not so bitter. I am really trying to stay as positive as possible during this IVF, but that just hit me hard and I just broke down crying.

Ok, thanks for letting me vent. Onto positive thinking....

Don't be too hard on yourself. Most of us have been there and it is hard to deal with some days. It's ok to feel sad or low because it's not happening easily for you. Big hugs.

This same thing happened to me yesterday. It's like a downward spiral - we feel sad, and then we feel bad for feeling sad - it sucks, but it's so nice to hear it's normal. (((BIG HUGS)))
