Does anyone know how I would make an invitation like this? DD's theme is the Lil'Cupcake nad loved this inviatation but don't wnat to spend the $ buying if I can make myself

You could probably create something similar on scrapblog.com
To get the "A" effect, you'll need a green screen for it to look right. ?So in other words= PITA.
