anyone use the strap that straps your carseat to a carryon?

I'm thinking of getting this and then one bag with wheels for ds's.  I'm thinking dd will want to sit in her seat on the plane.  anyone use it?

    we just bought a GoGoKidz but I haven't used it yet....we'll be traveling in April......sorry no help but this item did get raves from other parents so hopefully we'll like it too!
