  Their website is so crappy, I'm not surprised!!

  I just tried it, and it worked, but I generally find it extremely frustrating!

  All I know is my firend who just had her baby this past week waited over 16weeks for them to deliver furniture, and I think she was still waiting for a dresser when she when into labor......

  i couldn't get into it last week, but then i googled usababy, pittsburgh and a site came up for my local store. maybe you can do that.
