  Thanks for asking! I actually ended up having one on Sunday, because I had a lot of spotting on Friday and freaked out. So they were able to work me in during their weekend monitoring times. I love that they're letting me do whatever I need to do right now!

  Anyway, there was still a slow heartbeat, and some growth compared with the previous u/s. The RE still doesn't know how optimistic to be, but said "we can't rule out the possibility of a positive outcome." gee thanks for your optimism, buddy!

  I go back this Friday for another u/s - the RE feels like we'll have a better idea of what's going on by then. It feels so weird that I'm 8 weeks today but don't know how pregnant I really am. I've still been spotting daily.
