RAVE: Jennifer Wolfe Yoga DVD

I want to let you guys know about an awesome prenatal yoga DVD I just picked up. Primarily my issue was finding the time to do an entire yoga practice at home since my local studios only have prenatal classes in the day time and I get distracted by the dog, husband, chores, baby books, etc when I'm trying to do it at home.

Anyhow, https://jenniferwolfeyoga.com/ is the site I ordered from and I like how they have these short form yoga practices so you can squeeze in a 15, 30, or 45 minute class depending on your schedule. Also, I had an issue with my initial order due to Paypal and their customer service was really great. Enjoy!

    Thanks for the recommendation. I have been looking for a good one and this one had great reviews. I lked the sample clips they showed too
