I'm such a dummy. they had called my cell and left a message at 1:45pm, but I must have been in the bathroom at that moment and I didn't think to check the phone.
I didn't look at my phone until 2:30pm and by that time I was on the road. I decided to take a 1/2 day since I wasn't getting any work done.
anywaaaayyyy....
it's another chemical pregnancy.
My beta was 20. My nurse told me to stop taking my meds and to come back in on Friday for a second beta.
I may secretly keep taking my meds and pray fervently for a miracle...since it would truly take a miracle for anything to come of this.
so we press on...
thanks, girls, for all the encouragement and well wishes. i know so many of you are rooting for me and praying for me and I thank God every day for you all.
hugs~

Re: beta is back
Because we're fancy like that.
Take the meds, you never know it could be a late implanter. There are low beta success stories on SaIF and you could be one too.
GL and (((HUGS))) I hope you get your miracle.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

NOOOOOOOOO! I am so sorry Rose.
I was really hoping this was it for you. I would totally still take the meds and pray for a miracle - we've seen them a few times on the boards.
Like some of the other posters have said, I'm really surprised they told you to stop taking meds. When I had a CP, my nurse had me wait until the 2nd beta (which had gone down) before I stopped my progesterone. I'd keep taking it until thursday..if I were you. You never know....
Good luck!
I am so very sorry. I had been keeping my fingers and toes crossed that this would be it for you. Take care sweetie.

You simply AMAZE me. Your strength and perseverance is something I admire you so much for. I'm SO SORRY this is a cp, but I too am hoping and praying and wishing it becomes your little miracle!

SAIF/PAIF IS ALWAYS WELCOMED TO POST IN MY POSTS!!!
oh no. i'm so sorry. i was really rooting for you (and secretly still am).
((hugs)) i will be thinking of you and your dh. take care of each other.
Rose, I think you should definitely keep taking your meds until the 2nd beta. Lots of girls have had successful pregnancies with numbers starting around 20. It blows my mind that they would just call it a c/p with only 1 blood draw! I'm praying for you! ((Hugs))

Oh Rose, I am so very sorry. I was praying so hard that this would be your miracle.
HUGS! There are no words that I can muster that seem like they would mean anything. I'm just so sorry. Love you and thinking of you.
oh no! I am so sorry!
I would also keep taking the meds and pray for a miracle....
Oh crap. I'm so sorry.
I would keep taking the meds, though -- you never know.
