"first look" is tomorrow...what to expect??

in 1st Trimester
i'll be 12 weeks this friday and have my next ultrasound tomorrow! what can i expect at this "first look" appt? had one at 7 weeks and saw just a tiny little blob :)

    At 10wks I saw arms sticking out of a little body and a head and the amazing sound and sight of a quick little heart beat.  It even looked like the baby was doing a little dance in there... saying "hey mom, hey dad.... Im okay in here!"

    I can only imagine that you will be able to see all of that but probably just bigger than mine :)

    we had a fun suprise u/s at 10 weeks, and we could see a BABY not a blob :) IT WAS GREAT. We saw the head, both arms and legs, body... it just looked like a mini baby! We even got to see the little one wiggling around. So awesome :)

    Your "blob" will actually look like a little baby. I had my NT scan at 12 weeks and it was amazing.

    I had my NT scan yesterday at 11w6d and it really looked like a baby. Huge difference from the jellybean we could see at 7 weeks! He/she was moving around and we could see hands, feet, the beating heart ... super cool. Enjoy!

    I can't wait for my first one.  Reading "hey mom, hey dad...im ok in here!" is just the cutest thing!!!!
