Plus size ladies

Is anyone else out there really frustrated with the lack of options out there?  I am bigger than what is available at ON or Target.  I went to Motherhood yesterday and there were all of maybe 12 things I could choose from.  Then I went to JC Penney's to see what was there and they don't have anything in store.

 I know Lane Bryant has clothes that fits me and am very upset that they discontinued their maternity line.  Do you know of any other stores that have plus sized maternity over size 20?

    I've gone to thrift shops and consignment shops. My Motherhood store has a plus-size section and my ON has a few plus-size maternity options too.

    I would also ask some of your friends (if they're plus-sized) if they have any clothes to lend you.

    I feel your pain. Im a size 26 pre-pregnancy....and the only things I could find are at Motherhood....but they are so expensive!!!!

    I have also had good luck with JC Penney on-line.  If I were you, I would go up a size though.  I feel like their stuff runs a little smaller than Motherhood or Old Navy.

    You mentioned that you're too big for ON but I would just suggest you try some things from them.  The shirts definitely run big and the pants go up to at least a 20 if not a 22 online (as does Gap I believe).  Also, depending on how you carry your weight maternity pants may not be as difficult as you think.  I'm a 16/18 pre-pregnancy but it's all in my belly/gut normally and I can wear size L (not plus) at Motherhood pants as well as size XL.  May be a different story if you carry your weight in your legs but it's a thought.  Good luck.  I know it's frustrating but hang in there you'll be able to find some stuff.

    I totally agree! I am a 26 pre-pregnancy. So I know where you are coming from. It totally sucks!!!

    Someone earlier said there was one yesterday and I couldn't find it.  I just found it and I feel the exact same way.  I was almost in tears in the store yesterday.

    Someone earlier said there was one yesterday and I couldn't find it.  I just found it and I feel the exact same way.  I was almost in tears in the store yesterday.  

    I was really angry when I left the store, but once I got into the car...the water works started.  My awesome hubby was really supportive (he was with me...poor guy)  :)
