His first 3 SAs had counts of 2 mil, 7 mil, and 7 mil.
Today's was 117 mil. Wow. Sort of in shock!
We follow up with the uro at the RE's office in a couple weeks and will go from there.
Sounds like we might get to try injectables + IUI instead of going straight to IVF.I have mixed feelings about that since I like the control of IVF better...but with my fibroid, I was going to have to have a laparotomy first (RE doesn't think he could get it with hysteroscopy or laparoscopy because it's small...just happens to be encroaching into the uterine cavity.)
I'm not sure if he'll want to do anything with the fibroid or not for IUI. (He didn't want to do IVF and have it fail, then wonder if the fibroid was the reason, since IVF is more costly and more invasive.)
Re: Wow, MFI update

I never in a million years thought we would see any improvement, much less this kind of improvement. Especially since he has not been very good about taking the meds on a regular basis, in the first place.
I've gotten pretty used to not hearing good news the past couple years, so it doesn't quite feel real. I'm still waiting for the phone to ring, telling me they read me the wrong results.
