drink loads of water, use a mild cleanser, and i try not to use any heavy makeup, just a light whipped foundation, and very light powder. also, i've always kept blotting sheets in my purse (i like the ones by palladio), and have been using them more since pregnant.
I usually have no problems with my skin but this last week I have had 2 big red zits show up on my chin! I HATE IT!!!
Avoid using astingent or anything like that on your skin which can actually make your skin oilier (by drying it, and then forcing your skin to go into oil producing overdrive). Do you use moisturizer for oily skin? and drink plenty of water!

I was using a moisturizer that was for oily skin, but it seemed to break me out. I have been trying to get away without moisturizer for now.

don't skip the moisturizer- it's essential, whatever your skin type is. my esthetician was just telling me this at my last facial. i would just try a different one for oily skin.
I have had oily skin my entire life! When I found out I was pregnant, I searched thebump for recommendations on safe facial products. I've been using this cream for about 4 months and I no longer have oily skin...I love it!
Can't help you with the greasies, but i have been having a bit of a zit problem, and since regular zit products are out of the question (apparently they make your baby grow gills or something) , I've been using a Peter Thomas Roth Glycolic Acid product that works really well, and has been ok'd by my doctor. You should ask your doctor they approve of any similar product. Also, Clean & Clear makes a mattifying moisturizer- I'm not sure how well it works though.
