I've mostly given up on bibs

Does that make me a bad mom?  Mady is currently covered in shredded cheese.  She's almost 100% on table foods, so the food doesn't usually ruin her clothes, and she just rips the bib off anyway.

Mealtime is fun!

  • We got rid of the velcro close and now only use tie bibs for just this reason (C ripped them off all the time).

Funny thing is we will only give him food if he has a bib on, so when he started to realize that he would hold the bib against his shirt trying to put it back on so he could have more food. =)

  • Oh, we totally gave up on bibs.  Depending on what she's eating, I sometimes strip DD down to her diap for meals.  Spaghetti, for instance, is a nekkid meal.

  • What is a bib? ?

When I am being lazy I don't use a bib. ?Although maybe it is because Caedan is getting really good at staying clean.

Well unless he is at Grandma's?

    That is so cute!

  • We use ones my gma made.  They are dishtowels w/ a hole at one end trimmed w/ t-shirt neck ribbing.  They just slip over the head and wash fabulously!

If it's a meal that I know will stain, we just eat nekkid.
