Pregnant after a Loss

really?? looney toons onesies???

we actually got a package of these at our shower.  yah, no receipt of course, so now i have to figure out where to return them.  pretty sure meijer is a safe bet.  although, i haven't seen these in QUITE a long time, so i have a feeling they were sitting around the giver's house just :waiting: for an opportunity to re-gift them to someone.  yah, sitting around since my sister had kids in the early 90's and baby looney toons were popular.

oy vey....even I wouldn't re-gift these.  really.  if u don't want to buy a gift fine.  then just don't come to the shower.  that's okay too.  really.

yah, think i'm grumpy today.  again. big surprise.

  • That is too funny and even funnier because I know for a fact my husband's cousin would have given this gift!

  • Sounds like a wonderful thing to donate to Goodwill, your local Red Cross or Salvation Army, or a charity for moms in need!
  • Oy, I just love the gifts that scream "I'M REGIFTED!"  I agree with you, if you're just going to regift, then turn down the invitation.  It's less rude and way less annoying.  I agree with PP's, since you probably won't have much luck returning, donating them will probably be your best bet.

  • Maybe you should save them and leave them in the diaper bag or at daycare for an emergency. That way you don't have to leave cute clothes that you actually want to use. They are onesies anyway so they will probably be underneath something else. Plus think of the satisfaction you'll get when the baby accidently poops all over it - which is bound to happen! lol
