  and it will be less likely for your baby to get sick because baby is getting the antibodies your body is making to fight the flu. so nurse away. feel better

  Yes, definitely!

  It will actually lessen the chances of your DC getting sick.  When I was really sick, it was hard because I was so exhausted, but I still did 24/7, and DD never got sick.  My 10 yr old DS on the other hand, was another story.
