I'm expecting and researching cloth diapers....I dont know what's best to start with. ?I like the bumgenius diapers but have heard great things about kissaluvs for newborns. ?How do you choose? I would like an all in one diaper, but if it doesnt work then obviously I dont want to waste the money. Any suggestions/experiences would be appreciated. ?TIA.
Re: Cloth Diapers
I'm in the same boat. I've heard that doing a trial is a good idea, some on this board have recommended https://www.jilliansdrawers.com/ .
You pay a $100 deposit and they only keep $10 after your trial, which I think is three weeks long with a set of various diapers.
I am using Kissaluvs and thirsties covers and they are working great for our newborn. There are two places i know of to rent KLOs (www.sunshinediapers.com and www.nellsnaturalbaby.com) so you can use the diapers without having to put out a ton of money at the beginning. I have had a good experience with Nell's so far.
When i first started looking at cloth diapers, i also found the website www.pinstripesandpolkadots.com to be very helpful.
