Green cleaning experts: help, please!

I used baking soda to scour the grout on my tile countertops. They got clean, but now there is this film that won't go away. I tried wiping them down with a soapy rag, and I tried rubbing them with a dry rag (which did help, but took a LOT of elbow grease!) Is there an easier way? Or something better to clean the grout with next time that won't leave a film?

i would try vinegar to remove the film if it's baking soda.

You need to rinse/wipe with vinegar.
