Looking for some hope

I am hoping that I can get some good vibes on this board. After going through a lot, just found out my FSH is 16.6 and I have a low ovarian reserve. RE called and set up a meeting on Friday which is freaking me out even more!

Anyone have success with IVF and a high FSH? I  am 35. Also, should I begin considering Donor eggs?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I hope to be on this side some day soon.

    I'm sorry I dont have first hand experience with this but I did want to pop in and say good luck with the path you take with your RE. Sending you lots of baby dust!!
    IUI#1 - 05/20/08 = BFP! M/C - 14 weeks :( baby girl
    IUI#2 - 01/07/09 = BFP!!! Twins!! Pre-term labor 20 weeks :( lost twin girls
    IUI#3 - 1/31/10 = BFP!!!! M/C - 8wks :( again
    IVF #1 - 7/2010 = c/p
    FET - 9/2010 = another c/p
    IUI#4 - 2/14/11 = BFP!

    Trust me when I tell you that your FSH is definitely not the only thing that determines whether or not you will be able to use your own eggs. How's your antral follicle count? I did IVF and got pregnant both times and my FSH was 19.8. I was 32 and then 33 but with my blocked tubes and high FSH, the doctor told me that my chances were worse than that of a 45 year old. But look at my siggy now...

    I did accupuncture- not sure if it helped, wheatgrass and was on a very aggressive IVF protocol.

    Do your research, and don't take no for an answer.

    I just got back from the RE. We will be doing the Microdose Flair Protocol. Go back on April 14th for the IVF consult and should be stimming soon there after!
