At 4 weeks, not much. Maybe 1 or 1.5 oz per breast. I nurse on demand, so any pumping output is extra for the freezer. It has improved over time, and I average 3 oz per breast now. I'm also taking Fenugreek
Kellymom.com says normal pumping output is 1/2 to 2 oz for both breast per pumping session. That being said I have an oversupply and would get 4oz from each breast at 4 weeks.

All the way up to 6 weeks I was pumping about 6-8oz, I think it all depends on the woman.
