wraps - thisties or bummis?

With DD I had the Bummis super whisper wrap and liked them a lot. I need to order two new ones to replace some others and I can't decide if I should get more of the bummis or try the thirsties. They seem to be a couple bucks cheaper and come in cute solid colors. I love the thirsties soakers that I use with my FB... Opinions?

I love my thirsties covers too. XS fit great right from the getgo and we haven't had any leaks.

I've tried both and thirsties are much better IMO.

I started with a few of both and now only order Thristies. I think they are the best!

I agree. I think the hook & loop on the Bummis is crap compared to the Thirsties. The Bummis seemed to roll in a bit and the hook portion rubbed my poor boy's tummy pretty often.

I really like both. The thirsties are bigger and fit over more and will fit longer as DS grows. However, the Bummis are very trim and I really like how close they fit - not too much extra material for a tiny newborn.

The Bummis don't have the tighter leg gussets that the Thirsties have, so they *might* have a higher chance of blow outs or leaks, but I have yet to have a problem with this, even when DS blows out of the prefold inside.

I have 3 bummis and 4 thirsties because I like both.
