First postpartum period or implantation spotting

All I have read says that it's supposed to be very heavy. I have no idea what I'm going through then. It's very light, pink or red, not worth a pad or tampon and it's mucousy. Has anyone ever experienced implantation spotting? What was it like?

I had implantation bleeding w/ Justin, it was DARK red, not mucousy, just little splotches of blood here and there....I'd guess you're probably at the beginning of a PP period, but I've also heard that implantation bleeding can very a lot from one person to the next.

Yeah, this is what's happening. Jenni, how long did implantation spotting last? A couple days?

Not sure, but my first PP period was right at 5 months and it wasn't as heavy as I expected either. Hopefully you'll get an answer soon.

My first pp AF was very light. The 2nd was a little more - and by the 3rd that I just had...it was full-on.

it was 4-5 days if I remember right. I actually thought it was a light period

No. I had changed from reg Ortho to Ortho Low, so I thought it was the pill change.

My first PP AF was very light. ?My second was my normal 1 heavy day rest reg/light. ?So I am hoping it stays like that. ?I guess this doesn't really answer your question
