Hey...I just noticed you replied back to me on friday night about the tenant thing.   I wasn't on much this weekend.  Uhhh....your tenant sounds like a royal pain and a difficult one at that.  I know what you mean, you could take her to s.c.c. but is it worth it after court cost, etc..  Are you going to lease it to someone else or just leave it vacant while you are trying to sell it.  I don't know what I'd do as I am a landlord also but my tenants live below me so I hope they wouldn't pull something like that.  Sorry you are going through this.  I hope you sell it though:)

    Hey sweetie, thanks so much.  We're okay though, we sold the house!!!  All was signed last night!!!!!!!!!  I'm so relieved to have this nightmare behind us!!!!
