CD'ing and leaking

I always hear that CD'ing has less leaks than disposable diapers.  This has not happened for us.  We use prefolds and KL0's both with Prowrap or Litewrap covers.  The diapers contain most of the stuff, but they do leak out the legs a bit and the covers do not catch it either.  Any suggestions?  My little guy is 2 months old and weighs about 10 lbs.  We are still using our KL0's but I need to order new covers since he's outgrown the old ones.

TIA

  • how do you fold them?? i do the jelly roll and it contains most poos and if it doesnt it will only get a little in the cover never outside.. the ladies on here recommended this fold to me when i was having issues!

  • We ususally do the angel wing or sometimes the newspaper.  I'm only brave enough to do the newspaper fold when he lays down for a nap and I'm pretty sure he won't be pooping!  He's pretty much outgrown the prefolds and that's the only one that still really works at the moment.  I'm trying to decide if we should buy a few more and keep trying or just hang it up.

We often have leak issues. ?I use pockets. ?They hold the poo very well, but I have to do them very tight to avoid leaks. ?
