pain in one breast

Has anyone ever had a really sore breast even after you have relieve yourself from engorgement? My left breast is so sore on the side...no redness, no lump it just hurts. AND to top it off I am having another sharp /burning pain that comes an goesbelow the same breast.

 
I need to go see my doctor I guess.

    I haven't had that. Do you have the chills and feel sick? When I had mastitis I had shooting pain even after I relieved the engorgement but I also felt sick.

    It sounds like a clogged duct.  You don't necessarily have a lump or redness.  Kellymom.com has a lot of good tips for clearing it up.
