At daycare he sleeps from about 2:15 to 3:30 ish.. it's supposed to be a 2 hour nap, but he didn't get the memo. At home I can get max 1 hour out of him in the afternoon.
He takes a 1.5 hour nap in the mornings though usually.
The babies usually have one good nap a day. It's either right after their 11:00 am or 2:00 pm feeding. I can't get a consistent nap length from them in the morning so that's why it varies on the good nap. I can usually get 2 hours out of them.
Jack does a catnap around 10am (15 - 20 minutes in bouncy while I pump) - then a 30 - 40 minute nap (in cosleeper) around noon. Around 2pm he'll do a 2 hour nap. And then around 6:30p maybe another 30 minute nap. Down for the night between 8:30 and 9:30pm (and still at least 2 wake-ups to eat at night - and he EATS so really is hungry.)
All of these times, except bedtime, are LOOSE. Oh - and my mom (his babysitter while I work) holds him during the entire long nap - how bad is that? hahahaha! oh well. at least he's getting some rest. he'll take a long afternoon nap in his swing too (on weekends when my mom isn't around to hold him!)
Wheee!

Ava is a catnapper. She sleeps for 30 minutes every few hours during the day. I can usually get her to sleep for 45 minutes to an hour in the afternoon (around 1 or 2), but that is the longest. I used to try to get her on a more consistent nap schedule, but I really think she is meant to be a catnapper. The naps leave her pretty refreshed. Plus, she has an awesome bedtime routine (down between 6:30 and 7, and not a peep out of her until 5 or 6 am), so I don't want to mess too much with her naps.

Reed is all over the place. Sometimes it is an hour, sometimes half and hour.
And I don't put him down at a specific time. I should start doing that.
