Broke Down at B day party today

Today I was at my newphew's 1st birthday party- it was at the park- with TONS of kids. There was one pg lady there and her 3 kids, another family member that has a 17 month and a 4 month old and of couse all the cute little family playing at the park. I literally broke down into tears when my DH got there (we drove seperately, and I got their first) it was really hard for me to stay throughout the party.

AHHH, my IVF cycle cant get her fast enough!

Our Journey from two to three! 3 IUI's, 2 IVF's, decided to move to foster/adopt. 12/24/2009 Baby C born, 2/1/2010 placed with us, 5/17/2011 Adoption final- we are finally a forever family! Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    Right there with you!  Hugs... I am sorry it is so hard, sometimes these things just sneak up.
    Years of trying and treatment, IVF#1 brought us our darling C!

    We just cannot attend those functions anymore. Its too painful. I am sorry you had to go thru it.

    I'm so sorry.  It's unbearably hard to be surruonded by babies when we want one so badly but can't seem to have one.  I wish I had some advice on how to cope but I haven't yet found a way.

    sorry you had to go through that.

    i had to go to a baby shower on saturday.  3 ladies brought their kids (all under 1) and then there were 2 other pg ladies beside the mom-to-be.

    good times. Sad

    I also went to a 1 year old birthday party. Several of the people had kids and babies. I was able to deal with the kids but hated when someone would say "when are you guys having your..." ect..... I didn't tell everyone about us doing IVF so they didn't know but It hurt nonetheless.
