Anyone else have their IVF meds increased? (SAIFW)

I was wondering how common it is. I just got a call that they want me to increase my dosage. Hopefully it will kick my ovaries into gear! Thanks.

    pretty sure it is very common.  they upped mine and then decreased it twice after that.

    My last IVF they increased my dose after 6 nights of stims, it definitely got things moving in there, they retrieved 11 follies. From what I understand increases and decreases are normal.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    Mine were just increased today too.  I'm glad to hear its normal for ups and downs in the meds.

    I did. In all honest, I did not get as many eggs as I was expecting so I was not too surprised when they upped my meds.?

    Mine were upped two times during my cycle. They said if I have to do this again that they would start me off higher. ?

    I think it's pretty common. 

    Mine was increased and then it was decreased (well below my initial dose).

    Yes, it's common. You just never know how yoru body is going to respond. I had mine increase gradually throughout my first IVF cycle because I was a "slow but good reponder." For this next cycle, I will start out super high (2 days of 450 iu of Gonal f +75iu Menopur) and then they have me come down to 300 iu of gonal f for the next few days. GL!

    I started w/ 125 of follistim for the 1st few days. After several u/s & b/w I was increased to 225 for a couple of days until my re was pleased w/ my results.
